Booth space this year will be as follows: $50.00 for a 10x10 & $75.00 for a 20x20. This price does include electricity. Booths with T-shirt machines will be an addition $15.00 charge and will be limited according to who sends contracts back first. All booths will again be in the bluff area. All restocking must be done before 9:00am and/or after 11:00pm. No vehicles will be allowed in the festival area during operating hours.
Again this year, we need to abide by the Merom Town Board Ordinance that states.” No festival vehicles may arrive earlier than 8:00am on Tuesday June 1, 2010.” All booths are required to be open by Friday by noon & are not to be taken down until Sunday at 7:00pm. (Rules) Complete the (Application) and send it by email if you are choosing to pay by paypal, otherwise, send it by snail mail with your check or money order (do not send cash).

If you are in need of a place to stay, there is a small campground one block south of the bluff park (Lawrence at 618-563-4342). Sullivan Park and Lake is 12 miles east (812-268-5537); Days Inn is located at the intersection of Hwy 41 & SR 154 in Sullivan (812-268-6391); and the Carlisle Inn in Carlisle (812-398-2500).
